FFC Supports Non-Disparagement Of Native Americans

Friends Fiduciary signs an investor letter to the House supporting the Non-Disparagement of Native American Person and Peoples in Trademark Registration Act of 2013. This act amends the Trademark Act of 1946 to conclusively presume that a mark that uses the term “redskin” or any derivation, as disparagement when used with references to or images of Native Americans.
